Order and Pickup FAQ’S
How do I cancel an order?
Simply call the store where you placed your order and notify our team that you wish to cancel your order. All orders not picked up within 24 hours after our team has confirmed that your order is ready for pickup will be cancelled and re-shelved automatically. There is no cost to you for cancelling an order.
What happens if my item is out of stock?
If you attempt to order a product that is out of stock our team will call you directly to discuss alternative options and provide you with some insight into what else is available to substitute.
Can I place an order and have someone else pick it up?
Our team will match your photo identification with the name on the order to ensure we are not selling products to minors.
What if the price changes before I pick up my item?
Our prices are set to match 180smoke.ca - you are able to view all current pricing on our website. The pricing of your items will always be the current price on 180smoke.ca. If there is a discrepancy between your in-store price and the website price, please notify our team members. This does not apply to items that are on sale as online-only specials.
